The Vice President shall act as the primary representative between UPC student representatives and the USGA, and shall make monthly reports to the Senate on the activity of the UPCs.
In the event that the position of President is vacant, the Vice President shall become the President. The Vice President may also serve as Acting President at the written request of the President.
The main role of the Vice President is to make sure that the external appointees (University Policy Committees, etc.) keep the student government (and student body) up to date on what decision making bodies are doing, as well as to ensure that the student voice remains part of the discussion.
