Trace Schlenker, 2011-2012 USGA Chief Communications Officer

The Chief Communication Officer manages the Department of Communications, makes weekly reports to the Senate regarding the activities of the Department of Communications, and increases awareness of USGA to the student body.

The Department of Communication is a group of students that aims to increase awareness of USGA’s presence on campus and to encourage more students to get involved in the organization as well as attend the numerous events sponsored by USGA’s different departments. Its members are dedicated to the university and work hard to give students outside of the organization opportunities to work with USGA and participate in its array of diverse activities.

Department of Communication works with all levels of USGA to make sure the student body has access to upcoming events, legislation, election information, and various other facets of the organization through the website and other social mediums.
