President Sean Patrick Vera issued 3 executive orders this week, including one to create the Office of the Chief of Staff.

Executive Order 15 standardized the recording of legislation from the Senate. Now, each piece of legislation introduced will be numbered, with a record kept of the bill’s title, description, chief sponsor, and the legislation’s ultimate fate in the Senate. During the summer the Unified Student Government Association (USGA) and Student Activities & Greek Affairs (SAGA) met to discuss on-going concerns with the Campus Activities Network (CAN). As an extension of USGA, CAN was designed to be an additional resource for Registered Student Organizations (RSOs) and a means to bridge the gap between RSOs and USGA.
